Artwork Approval
Whenever applicable, a digital proof will be provided for your review and approval before production begins.
It is the client's responsibility to carefully review every aspect of the proof, including spelling, grammar, phone numbers, email addresses, website addresses, dimensions, layout, image placement, colours, quantities, and any other information.
Approval of a proof confirms that the artwork is accurate and ready for production.
Once a proof has been approved and production has begun, Pixel Plus Solutions cannot accept responsibility for errors or omissions that were present in the approved artwork, including typographical errors, incorrect contact information, formatting issues, or other content that was not identified during the proofing stage.
If changes are requested before production begins, we will make every effort to accommodate them. Additional charges or revised production timelines may apply.
Colour Accuracy
We make every effort to reproduce colours as accurately and consistently as possible. However, commercial printing is a manufacturing process, and slight colour variation is considered normal within the printing industry.
Colours displayed on computer monitors, mobile devices, and tablets are produced using light (RGB), while printed materials are produced using ink or toner (CMYK). Differences between screen and print are normal and should be expected.
Colour can also vary depending on paper stock, coatings, finishes, printing methods, environmental conditions, and manufacturing tolerances.
If precise colour matching is critical, such as for corporate brand standards or packaging, please discuss your requirements with us before production. We will recommend the most appropriate proofing and production methods to help achieve the best possible results.
Client-Supplied Artwork
Clients are responsible for ensuring they have permission to use all supplied logos, images, fonts, trademarks, and other content.
Unless design services have been requested, client-supplied artwork will be printed as approved. While we review files for common production issues, we cannot verify the accuracy of spelling, grammar, measurements, or factual information contained within supplied artwork.
Production Tolerances
Commercial printing involves manufacturing processes that may result in slight variations in colour, trimming, folding, finishing, paper grain, or material characteristics.
These variations are considered normal industry tolerances and are not regarded as defects.
Print Specifications
The print specifications and recommendations provided throughout our website are intended to help clients achieve the best possible results.
If you are unfamiliar with commercial printing requirements, that's perfectly okay. Simply send us your artwork and we'll review it before production. If any adjustments are recommended, we'll explain them clearly and discuss the available options.
Final responsibility for reviewing and approving all artwork rests with the client prior to production.
